Nuneaton railway bridge spanning a canal with foliage in the foreground A very good quality oil painting of Nuneaton railway bridge. The picture is an oil on board painted in an expressionist style depicting a mundane object but giving it life and interest. Here the artist's emotions are the impetus for the work and the result is based on the release of these feelings and impulses. The colours of the work reflect the grey sky but the scene is lifted by the foliage in the foreground. A good technical work of art.
