In sight of a church and tower inside the walls of Freiburg 2 identically dressed ladies walk through summer flowers A very fine 19th century watercolour of Freiburg in Germany. The quality of the draughtsmanship is very fine with all the features of the painting picked out in detail. The ladies dresses are well observed as are the flowers in the meadow. Even the cut corn is visible in the fields in front of Freeburg. The painting has become somewhat foxed over the years. This can be removed by professional treatment.
